When you have no Workspace open:

There's useful Create / Open buttons.

When a Workspace is already open, there's no way to access those from the UI. (Obviously, yes, there are still commands for it.)

Proposed suggestion:  In the [...] Menu, could you add two menu options for the Create and Open functions?    If it's a quick & easy add.
